Information is gathered from sources believed to be reliable. The (2011) Milltronics CNC 3-Axis Vertical Bridge Mill, Model BR60, inspection by appointment only. Buyer is solely responsible for personally inspecting the item and verifying any information presented here or elsewhere. Please contact Patty at (262) 367-4950 to schedule an inspection. Item descriptions and listings are subject to correction and/or updates. Payment accepted by wire transfer or certified check and must be in US Funds. All purchases are subject to State Sales Tax laws and Electronic Transfer Fees. Complete settlement must be made payable to Gerlach Auction Trust Account before any item will be released. Storage, insurance, dismantling, loading and removal of item is at the risk, expense and liability of the buyer. Any items not removed within 15 days of Sale may be subject to a daily storage fee.

Successful buyer must contact GERLACH COMPANIES immediately to confirm payment details where buyer will receive Gerlach Auction Trust Account Wire Instructions, or if payment by certified check, can be mailed to 139 E. Capitol Drive, Ste 4, Hartland, WI 53029, and pickup procedures will be given dependent upon form of payment. Equipment will not be released until "CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT IN FULL" is made. Upon payment in full Gerlach Companies, Inc. will email buyer a PAID IN FULL RECEIPT. Equipment will not be released without Payment In Full Receipt shown to seller at pickup. Shipping is buyer’s responsibility. All equipment is advertised to the best of our knowledge. All equipment is sold "As Is", 'Where is", with no guarantees or warranties. All sales are final. We encourage self-inspection before bidding. Please arrange with seller before inspection as to insure seller will be on site. Seller may assist with loading and/or delivery. However all loading and/or delivery cost, if any, must be agreed between buyer and seller before pickup.
