Michael Gerlach, President
Leading Gerlach Companies, Inc., with expertise since 1997, Michael Gerlach is a full-time Machinery and Equipment Appraiser and Auctioneer. He has conducted thousands of auctions and appraisals for lenders, attorneys, corporations, and individual clients.
Michael holds the prestigious designation of Accredited Senior Appraiser from the American Society of Appraisers in Machinery and Equipment, along with certification from the Certified Auctioneer’s Institute. He is actively licensed in Wisconsin and is a valued member of the National Association of Auctioneers, the Turnaround Management Association Midwest Chapter, and the Wisconsin Auctioneers Association.
Patricia Fox,Vice President
Joining the team in 2001, Patricia Fox brings extensive experience as a full-time Machinery & Equipment Appraiser and Auctioneer. She has completed countless appraisals throughout the Midwest for a wide range of clients, including lenders and legal professionals.
Patricia holds the Accredited Senior Appraiser credential from the American Society of Appraisers and was crowned Bilingual Champion at the World Wide College of Auctioneering in 2002. She maintains active auctioneer licenses in Wisconsin and Illinois and is a proud member of the Wisconsin Auctioneers Association.
Connie Hudziak, Auction Foreperson / Auctioneer
Connie supervises our auction crews, managing all aspects of onsite and online auctions. Her responsibilities include inventory lotting and tagging, photography, clerking, and overseeing asset move-outs. A graduate of the World Wide College of Auctioneering (2002), Connie holds an active auctioneer license in Wisconsin and plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of every auction.
