The drawings used by Aero Fabricators, Inc. to obtain the Design Approvals and subsequent PMAs are being sold in this auction and can be used by the purchaser to apply for new Design Approvals and new PMA authorities from the FAA. Aero Fabricators, Inc. makes no representations or warranties that FAA approval can or will ultimately be approved as these are decisions made by the FAA. What is being sold are the drawings that were used by Aero Fabricators, Inc to obtain their Design Approvals. In many cases, we are also selling certain manufacturing aids and/or patterns that Aero Fabricators, Inc. has used in the manufacturing process. The manufacturing aids and patterns are NOT approved by the FAA.
